A rental villa in Grenada.

 This delightful home has privacy, unlimited waterfront snorkelling and a beautiful pool. 

A beachfront holiday villa, set in the L'Anse aux Epines Peninsula on the south coast, overlooking Grenada's beautiful mountains, reefs and nearby islands.

Sip a rum punch on the verandah and watch the local fishermen at work and the yachts making their way in to Mount Hartman Bay. Step from our sun-drenched garden onto a secluded beach protected from the open sea by a series of coral reefs, the nearest of which, Fiddlers Reef, is only a stones throw away.

Floor Plan

 Cooled by the trade winds, this glorious villa was designed & built by the previous owner, a British architect, expressly for those who value their privacy.

The upper floor consists of a two bedroom apartment with bathrooms en suite. 

The lower floor has a large one bedroom apartment with bathroom en suite. 

A laundry, with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities, is available for guests use.

All classes of swimmers can snorkel with confidence from the beach.

An on-site barbeque is provided.

We will purchase essential provisions for your arrival at your request. (7 days notice please).  However if you would like a meal ready for your arrival contact http://www.kimscateringservices.com  Your choice will be delivered.

The kitchens are well equipped for you to prepare anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. 

Both apartments have their own phone and Internet Service.
