Our rates for the Two bedroom apartment (which sleeps 2 - 4 persons) are:-

Please note that the two bedroom apartment is not suitable for children under the age of fourteen.

Our rates for the One Bedroom Apartment (which can sleep 2 adults and 2 children) are:- 

The apartment downstairs has views of the sea and is decorated in the same style as the upper apartment.   There is a large bedroom with bathroom en suite.   A large settee in the Sitting Room  can sleep a 3rd adult or 1 or 2 children.   

Three nights or 25% of the entire rental (whichever is the greater) is required to confirm bookings, with the balance payable 2 months prior to arrival. Payment can be made by cash, travellers cheques or personal cheques (allow six weeks for clearing!).

Cancellations:  A minimum of six weeks notice of cancellation is required for a refund. After this a refund will only be made if another booking is obtained, for the same period.  (We urge you to take out travel insurance to cover you for this eventuality.)

The East Caribbean dollar is pegged to the U.S. dollar at the rate of U.S. $1.00 = E.C. $2.67.

There are no taxes  to add to these rates but it is customary to tip the maid.
